ShiftX application support does not include advice on your organisation's HR policies or payroll calculations. For those matters, please contact your organisation's HR or payroll department directly.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password — what should I do?

Use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen to send a reset link to your corporate email address. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder or ask your organisation administrator for help.

Which devices can I use ShiftX on?

ShiftX runs on Android and iOS mobile devices (available via Google Play and the App Store) as well as modern desktop browsers.

How can I delete my data?

For account or data deletion requests, please contact your organisation administrator, who can initiate the relevant process. You may also write to EtoDev directly at eto_dev@hotmail.com.

How do I stay up to date with app updates?

Mobile updates are delivered automatically through Google Play and the App Store. The web version requires no action — improvements are applied automatically.
