This notice is provided to inform you about the personal data processed by EtoDev, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation including Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

5. Sharing of personal data

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with competent public authorities when required by law, and with infrastructure and email providers used solely to deliver our services.

6. Retention period

Personal data is securely deleted or anonymised once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, or when the applicable statutory retention period expires. Contact enquiries may be retained for a reasonable period after they are answered. Newsletter subscribers' data is deleted when they unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK (and equivalent rights under GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Know whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information about the processing if it is
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
  • Know which third parties data is transferred to, domestically or abroad
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction of your data under Article 7 of KVKK
  • Request that corrections or deletions be communicated to third parties to whom data was transferred
  • Object to an outcome that is produced against you solely by automated processing
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

Your request must include information sufficient to verify your identity and must clearly state the right you wish to exercise. Requests are resolved free of charge within thirty (30) days.
