Pro2B Privacy Policy
Pro2B is a business-to-business (B2B) field and dealer operations application. It connects to the company server address entered by the user; business data is processed and stored on the relevant company's own system. This policy outlines the application's approach to privacy.

1. Data controller and scope
Pro2B operates in a multi-tenant model: each company connects to its own server. The data controller for business data is the company the user is connected to. EtoDev, which develops and operates the application, does not collect, sell, or use business data on its own behalf for advertising purposes. EtoDev contact: eto_dev@hotmail.com
2. Categories of data processed
Pro2B may process data in the following categories:
- Account and identity information: email, name, session token
- Location data (only while in use): for field visit check-in verification; no background tracking
- Camera access: for barcode scanning and product/document photography; images are processed on the device or the company's server
- Technical data: limited error and session information for application stability
The application does not collect advertising IDs and does not track users across applications or websites.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used for the following purposes:
- Authentication and session management
- Processing orders, quotes, collections, visits, and catalogue operations
- Locating products by barcode and generating documents
- Field visit location verification (check-in)
- Ensuring secure and stable operation of the application
4. Sharing and security
Business data is transmitted only to the company server the user is connected to; it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- All communications use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- The session token and server address are stored on the device using secure storage (Keychain / Keystore).
- Payment card details (PAN, CVV) are not stored by the application; payment flows run through the company's POS or virtual POS infrastructure.
5. Retention and your rights
Business data is retained on the relevant company's server in accordance with that company's retention policies. To exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing, please contact the company you are connected to. 6. Your rights
You have the right to know whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about the processing, to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose, to know which third parties data is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, and to object to processing.
