Why Ready E-Invoice and E-Archive Infrastructure Matters
The order is received, the product is prepared and the shipment is made. In Turkey, the work does not end there. E-invoice, e-archive and later e-dispatch processes are important parts of B2B operations. If the document workflow is not structured properly, the sale may be completed but the operation still remains unfinished.
Many companies manage documents through a separate program or manual follow-up. This can create a gap between the order and the invoice. Teams repeatedly check which order has been invoiced, which document was cancelled and which account received which document.
In Pro2B, e-document infrastructure is planned together with orders, accounts, invoices and integrations. A user can enter the required parameters for the selected integrator and activate the workflow. This makes document management a natural part of the operation instead of a separate task outside the system.
For live use, regulations, GIB rules and the documentation of the selected private integrator must always be reviewed carefully. Still, having the software architecture ready for this flow makes future integrations much easier.
